Whenever I travel I always wear comfortable sneakers. For many years I was using Adidas NMD, then I switched to Nike Invincible 3. I’m traveling to Korea to experience autumn and I just decided I wanted to be both fashionable and comfortable this time. I love walking… and I average 25k to 30k steps a day when I’m abroad. That said, fashion footwear that are high-heeled and not walkable are out of the question. Now I’ve been seeing a lot of Vivaia ads on my Facebook feed. A few people I know have actually bought Vivaia footwear and all of them had only good things to say. That was enough for me to take the plunge and buy a pair of Vivaia Everly Boots. I paid ₱8,068.82 for it — I got 12% off the SRP by using some foreign influencer’s discount code. My order arrived at my doorstep exactly after 7 days.
The Vivaia Everly Boots are incredibly lightweight. The ads say they weigh something like 300g. The soles look like this. I’ve worn them while walking in the mall, walking on the streets, driving, climbing flights of stairs, and so forth. They’re incredibly comfortable and I did not need to break them in. The boots are stretchy so they’re easy to wear. The way I determined my size was, I wore the socks I was going to wear with the boots and traced my right foot (it’s my bigger foot) onto a piece of paper. It was what I measured against their sizing chart. Without the socks I was a 38 but the the thick-ish socks I was a 39. I ordered a size 39 and it really was perfect with the socks. For reference my feet are size US 7.5.
This is how they look when worn. I love it — definitely more fashionable than my sneakers that look like I’m off to run in a marathon. They add 2 inches to my height without being uncomfortable too.
They go so well with flared or boot-cut jeans. These boots come in a variety of colors. I got black because well aside from it’s my favorite color I want my boots low maintenance. These are water-repellent as well so you can wear them rain or shine.
This is my autumn look lol. I got myself a coat from Zara just in case it gets chilly. One of my friends got Vivaia boots as well and went off to Europe. She said they’re really nice and comfy for walking, even more so than her Nike’s which she retired.
I’ve personally walked over 15k steps a day for 6 days with these boots during my trip to Korea and it was good. The key is to ensure that you get the correct size — not too big, too small, too tight, or too loose.
Anyhow, if you would like to order Vivaia footwear, I registered for a 15% discount code which I can share HERE. The code is embedded in the link so if you click on the link and order, the discount will be applied. If you would like to manually key in the 15% discount code on their website, this is it –> kocy17273995349191. The great thing about my discount code is it works ON TOP OF sale prices!
I highly recommend the Vivaia Everly Boots. My sister said they’re more expensive than her Cole Haan’s but hey these are much lighter and more cushy. Pro-Tip: Wear socks that are longer than the boots so they do not cause chafing.
