Quirks Novelties & Curiosities has always been a one-stop shop for all things unique. They have everything from kitchen stuff to electronics. Quirks is the perfect place to shop if you want to get creative in your gift-giving. Guess what… they’re already celebrating their 8th anniversary this month! Time to shop because there are awesome deals to avail of all month long! Christmas is coming after all. 🙂
But before I tell you about them, let me just share a few of the unique kitchen items I got from Quirks.
Let’s start with the Mark-Eat! Basting Brush (P550). I love that it looks like a yellow highlighting pen!
It’s no ordinary basting brush because when you press it, it sucks up the sauce or marinade. That makes for easier and more efficient basting. Can’t wait to try it when I cook roast chicken!
This is the Makicups Measuring Cup (P580). It looks like toy sushi!
It’s actually 3 cups that stack together — 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup, and 1/4 cup.
This is the Flashy Elastic Band Set (P350). I’d describe it as sort of a ponytail holder for plastic bags. I usually use those IKEA clips to reseal plastic bags and foil packs but there are times it’s kind of hard to do. For example, you can’t really use the IKEA clip to reseal a bag of pasta. This is your alternative for bulkier bags you need to close.
You can check out other quirky but useful items at https://www.quirksph.com/. They have a lot aside from kitchen stuff! The good news is, you get 10% off all regular items and 15% off when you buy 2 or ore items store-wide until Oct. 15, 2017.
From October 16-31, 2017, you get to pick a prize for a minimum purchase of P800. You can also become a Quirks VIP member much faster because you get double stamps on all purchases all month long.
You can visit Quirks at Power Plant Mall, SM Megamall, SM Aura, UP Town Center, and SM North EDSA. Don’t want to go out? You can also avail of the anniversary discounts when you shop online at https://www.quirksph.com.
