I got these Pantene hair care products to try from Sample Room a while back. I’m excited because although I have tried and can attest that the Pantene Pro-V 3-Minute Miracle Conditioner works, the Hair Fall Control variant is something new to me.

I was supposed to post about this earlier on but as you probably know by now, my laptop got killed and although I’ve already ordered a replacement, it won’t be with me until next week. In the meantime, I’ve set up our office computer to be able to at least allow me to make simple blog posts (it used to contain nothing but well… office software, lol). The downside is, I have very limited time because I usually blog late at night (hey I actually have to work here!). Anyway, I’ll stop lamenting about my dead machine now, because that’s not what this post is about.
I don’t exaggerate when I say I probably have the most unmanageable hair I’ve ever encountered. This is comparing with my immediate family, relatives, friends, acquaintances, etc. I was born with thick, coarse, and naturally curly (now that I’m older it evolved to wavy) hair that’s just a pain to work with every single day. I’ve been straightening, rebonding, ironing, and so forth for as long as I remember. Back in 2013, I think I grew tired of it all and stopped trying to fight the waves. I let my hair be. I just color my hair to cover white strands these days. Lucky for me instead of curls I now have waves so it’s somewhat easier to manage.

Given my advanced age of 40 though, I have a new potential hair problem — thinning hair. I used to not mind falling hair because I have a lot to spare. Just to set the record straight, my hair is not thinning… yet. But people around me who are my age have all been complaining of thinning hair so what if I’m next? Your hair just seems to MELT in incredible softness as soon as you apply it in the shower. Oh my. That melting feeling alone somehow assured me that I was going to have a good hair day! After towel-drying my hair, it was TOTALLY FREE of tangles. Combing and brushing my hair has never been so easy as it is after I use Pantene Pro-V Hair Fall Control 3-Minute Miracle Conditioner. My hair usually breaks when I try to comb or brush after shampooing because of the crazy tangles but with this, no more!
What I like about Pantene Pro-V Hair Fall Control Shampoo and Pantene Pro-V 3-Minute Miracle Conditioner:
- You instantly feel the effect while you’re still in the shower. The shampoo alone smoothens my wet hair but when I apply the conditioner, wow — that melting feeling… you just know your hair has just become super soft and manageable. You have to try these products to know that feeling!
- My hair is super easy to comb / brush through after shampooing and conditioning.

It’s hard for me to achieve beautiful hair for the simple reason that I was born with challenging tresses. That said, I’m super appreciative of products that make it easier to do so. I don’t have that much time to devote to ironing, blow-drying, styling etc. so I’m super happy just to be able to just wake up to a good hair day! I usually tie my hair back even if I know it’s a less flattering look due to convenience so the times I can let my hair down are really a big deal for me. Having beautiful hair completes your overall look and helps boost your confidence so you can be all you can be.
For example, I can’t imagine conducting a make-up workshop with yucky-looking hair that’s all over the place. Yup, this is already a good hair day for me!
Even doing beauty reviews is a lot easier if you have nice hair because well, I took this photo for a makeup review but I can’t very well crop my hair out if it’s misbehaving right?
Pics with celebrities are definitely better with beautiful hair, lol! I mean, I definitely don’t want to look like trash when I’m sitting next to someone like John Lloyd Cruz.
I also don’t want to look crappy when we travel because we take a lot of pictures! So yeah… I’m all for beautiful hair everywhere!
