Singer and actress Gabbi Garcia was launched as the face of Habit Health Supplements at Watsons SM North EDSA last February 11, 2025. Since coming out of a global pandemic, most of us have been a lot more conscious of our health. I for one have never really cared for dietary supplements but since experiencing the positive effects of collagen on my skin, I’m more open to taking them.
Habit Health Supplements has a whopping fifteen (15) kinds of supplements, a lot of which I’ve never encountered before. Each bottle contains 45 tablets/capsules except when indicated. Here is the list:

- Vegan Protein with BCAA (₱499) – Aids in muscle growth and helps reduce fatigue after workout
- Collagen with Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C (₱549) – Helps with skin elasticity and suppleness
- Barley with Wheatgrass + Spirulina (₱449 for 90 tablets) – Helps in natural detoxification
- Inositol with Folic Acid + CoQ10 (₱599) – Promotes healthy ovulation
- Lutein with Zeaxanthin + Vitamin E + Vitamin A (₱549) – Promotes eye health
- Gaba with Tryptophan + Magnesium + Oryzanol (₱549) – Helps enhance sleep quality
- Glutathione with Collagen + Vitamin C (₱1,100 for 30 capsules) – Helps achieve fairer-looking skin
- Artichoke with Vitamin E + Selenium (₱549) – Helps promote liver health
- Magnesium with Calcium + Vitamin D (₱549) – Promotes bone and heart health, also helps manage blood sugar levels
Gabbi Garcia also shared her 3 health habits. “For me, working out is number one. Despite my busy schedule, there’s no excuse for me not to work out three to four times a week. I make sure I squeeze it into my schedule–– kailangan talaga kahit an hour lang or 45 minutes of just working out…. Kahit na I’m full packed all week, I make sure that I block off just an hour of my day to move a little,” she shared.
“Second is to try to make eight hours of sleep–– try my best. I’m always mindful of counting the hours of my rest kasi that’s very very important. Hindi tayo pwede maging stressful all the time we have to rest. Third one of course is taking my supplements. People tend to think kasi na okay na yung vitamins or okay na yung rest lang but it’s also important to support it with the right supplements that you need,” she added.
Then she shared that she takes supplements — Magnesium to help her body recover from her workout, Ashwagandha to help her sleep well, and Collagen for healthier glowing skin.
