Human Nature Sunflower Beauty Oil

I got some Human Nature products to try out after I attended the presscon with endorser Rachel Grant some time ago.

Rachel mentioned that her favorite Human Nature product was the Sunflower Beauty Oil (P99.75 for 50ml, pictured above). She said it’s a great all-around product you can use to moisturize skin, remove make-up, and even prevent stretch marks. Since I already have a full arsenal of moisturizers and enough stretch marks to last a lifetime, I decided to use the oil for removing make-up.

That particular night, I attended a dinner in Makati and applied some silver Shu Uemura eyeshadow. I also used Shu Uemura Drawing Pencil in metallic black. I was too lazy to use mascara so it was just shadow and liner.

I pumped some oil onto my fingers. It came out clear and it’s markedly thicker in consistency compared to the Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil Fresh variant that I always use to remove make-up.

Through the years, I’ve discovered that the best tool in removing eyeliner is your fingers. I used to use several sticks of cotton buds and even cotton balls but they never quite got the job done.

Voila! All my eye make-up is gone… just like that! The beautiful part is, this oil is organic and contains no harmful chemicals that can be absorbed by the skin. It’s very affordable too. 🙂
