I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not particularly fond of taking any form of medication. The most I do is take Vitamin C when I’m feeling under the weather. It’s ironic because I grew up in a household where vitamin supplements are everywhere — on the dining table, in the bedroom (I shared a room with my aunt), in the living room… it’s because my paternal grandma was fond of hoarding these from the US. And yes, Vitamin E was one of the supplements she would buy. Growing up, I tried everything from Flintstones chewables to gummy bear vitamins all thanks to my grandma.
You guys know how much I’m obsessed with skin care right? It’s no secret that as you grow older, it gets more challenging to maintain good skin. Aging brings about increased dryness and with that comes the entire army of lines, wrinkles, and more. We are also exposed to free radicals caused by internal and external factors like pollution, unhealthy food, sleep deprivation, stress, etc. Free radicals are aggressive and unstable molecules which attack our cells. All of these make you look old and tired. It’s not exactly your best face forward. This time, I think I need a bit more help if I want to look young for another decade or so.
This is where Myra capsules come in. We need more anti-oxidants in our lives if we want to fight off free radicals. Myra E is a powerful anti-oxidant that works from within our bodies. Since Myra works from the inside, we get the best kind of holistic skin care to reveal beautiful skin. Let’s put it this way, taking Myra E is like taking up arms to fight off free radicals than can cause not only skin problems but health problems too.
There are two kinds of Myra E you can take: Myra 300E and Myra 400E. Myra 300E contains 300 IU (International Units) of dL-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (nature-identical Vitamin E). It costs P8.05 per capsule or P241.50 per bottle of 30. The capsules are two-toned in terms of color.
Myra 400E contains 400 IU of d-Alpha Tocopherol or natural Vitamin E. It’s easier for the body to absorb Natural Vitamin E. Myra 400E is priced slightly higher than Myra 300E at P354.90 per bottle of 30. You can easily identify it by the bright orange color and the Myra E 400 stamped on each capsule.
Both variants provide anti-oxidant action that helps remove harmful free radicals that damage skin. Both also promote cell and tissue renewal from within. The result? Soft, smooth, and glowing skin that lasts.
I’m turning 42 in a couple of months and I’d like to look like this as long as I can. I believe Myra E can help me with that goal so I’ve started taking it recently. If one capsule can help me fight off an entire slew of free radicals that can affect my skin and my overall health, why not right? I think P350+ a month is a small price to pay for the renewal, repair, and protection of our cells from within. 🙂
Myra E is available at all leading drugstores nationwide.
